If you change your mind

You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw, without giving a reason. Press "Withdraw from contract here" in your order or account, or send us the form or an email to hola@lovestore.co. You then have another 14 days to send the products back. You pay for the return shipping.

We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of being told of your withdrawal, by the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the products or proof that you sent them.

Products personalised with your text, photo or design cannot be returned by withdrawal. Full details in Right of withdrawal.

If a product is faulty

It is covered by the legal guarantee, personalised products too: email us a photo and we send a new one or refund you, at no cost to you.
