Legal guarantee

In force from 18 October 2026.

What it covers

All our products carry the legal guarantee: we are liable for any lack of conformity (a manufacturing or printing defect, a product different from what you ordered, or one not fit for normal use) that appears within the period your country's law sets, and at least 2 years, after delivery.

If the defect appears in the first 2 years it is presumed to have existed at delivery: you do not have to prove it.

It does not cover normal wear or damage from use or washing against the care label.

What you can ask for

• Repair or replacement, as you choose, unless one is impossible or disproportionate. It is free for you, including shipping.
• If neither repair nor replacement is possible, or we do not do it within a reasonable time, a price reduction or a refund (unless the defect is minor).

How to claim

Email hola@lovestore.co with your order number and a photo of the defect. Usually we send you a new product without you having to return the faulty one.

The guarantee is separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal and also applies to personalised products.
