Shipping policy

In force from 18 October 2026.

Where we ship

We ship to United Kingdom, United States and Switzerland.

What it costs

1 item: €3.99; 2 items: €5.49; 3 or more items: €6.99. Free when the products add up to €70.00 or more (before discounts). It is a price per order, not per item.

How long it takes

We make each order when you place it: it takes 2-4 working days to dispatch and 2-5 more working days to arrive. Before you pay we show the estimated delivery date.

When your order ships we email you the tracking link. If an order is made in two places it may arrive in two parcels at no extra cost.

Damaged or lost parcels

Email hola@lovestore.co with a photo or your order number. The risk is ours until you receive the parcel: we send another or refund you.

For returns, see the returns policy.
