Terms of sale
Version in force from 18 October 2026. The version you accept when you order applies; we email it to you with the confirmation.
1. Who sells to you
You buy from Seller rest of world (demo “llc”), Tax ID US-DEMO, Seller address (demo). Write to us at hola@lovestore.co or call Phone (demo). More details in the company details.
2. Who these terms apply to
Purchases by consumers on lovestore.co for delivery to the countries we ship to. We ship to United Kingdom, United States and Switzerland. You must be an adult to buy.
3. The products
Each product page shows its main characteristics, sizes, materials and price. We print designs on demand; on-screen colours may differ slightly from the real product.
Products you customise (with your own text, photo or design) are marked as personalised before you buy: they have no right of withdrawal, but the legal guarantee applies.
4. Prices and delivery costs
Prices include VAT and any other taxes, and any import duties for your country (we ship duties paid). Before you pay you see the total including delivery; there are no other charges. Delivery: 1 item: €3.99; 2 items: €5.49; 3 or more items: €6.99. Free when the products add up to €70.00 or more (before discounts). It is a price per order, not per item.
5. How to place an order
- Choose products and add them to the basket. You can change quantities or remove them at any time.
- At checkout you give your email and delivery address. Before paying you see a summary of the products, delivery, total and estimated delivery date, and can go back to correct anything.
- You accept these terms and press the button "Order with obligation to pay". The order is charged and the contract is concluded at that moment.
- We immediately email you a confirmation that we received the order, with its summary.
The contract is concluded in English. We keep the order and these terms; you can find them in the confirmation email and in your account.
6. Payment
You pay when you order, with the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe: we never see or store your card details. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (strong customer authentication).
7. Confirmation and invoice
You will receive confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (email) with these terms and the withdrawal form, at the latest when the order is delivered.
By accepting these terms you agree to receive your invoice electronically. If you prefer paper, ask us by email.
8. Production and delivery
We make each order when you place it: it takes 2-4 working days to dispatch and 2-5 more working days to arrive. Before you pay we show the estimated delivery date. If we cannot deliver within the agreed time, or within 30 days at most, we tell you and you can cancel and get everything back.
We bear the risk of loss or damage until you receive the order. If something arrives damaged, email us a photo and we will put it right.
9. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw without giving a reason. We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days. If you withdraw, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Use the "Withdraw from contract here" function in your order or account, the withdrawal form or an email. Full details in Right of withdrawal.
There is no right of withdrawal for products personalised with your text, photo or design, because they are made to your specifications.
10. Legal guarantee
We are liable for any lack of conformity that appears within 3 years of delivery. You are entitled to repair or replacement and, if that is not possible, a price reduction or a refund. More in Guarantee.
11. Customer service and complaints
For any question, problem or complaint email hola@lovestore.co: we reply within 24 working hours and resolve complaints as quickly as we can.
We are not bound by any out-of-court dispute resolution scheme. If we cannot agree on a complaint, we will tell you in writing of an approved alternative dispute resolution body you can go to, and whether we agree to take part.
12. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of the seller's place of incorporation. If you live in another country you keep the protection of its mandatory consumer rules, and you may bring a claim before the courts where you live.
